Duncan is Root One Group’s Operations Director and is responsible for Health and Safety and Commercial support and guidance for all 4 divisions within the group. This includes ensuring Health and Safety procedure and practices are current and consistent across the group. It also includes group procurement and assisting with tender submissions.

His background over the last 34 years has been in quantity surveying, working his way up from a trainee surveyor in a private practice to Director level in house building. For the last 20 years he has been Commercial Director and Technical Director in several large house building companies across Scotland.
